Ishan Dave has a thriving Criminal Defence practice in London, the South East and the Midlands in which he appears frequently in the Crown Court. He has dealt with a wide range of offences including, Attempted Murder, Fraud, Robbery, GBH, Drug importation and the supply of Drugs. He has gained considerable experience in dealing with gang related offences of violence.  He has appeared in the High Court on numerous occasions for successful appeals against both conviction and sentence. He has also been instructed in a number of Crown Court trials following the recent civil disturbances in London (riot cases).

• R vs Rozputnii: Junior Counsel in a multi million pound Revenue Fraud involving multiple Defendants and the systematic defrauding of the Revenue over the course of 7 years.
• R vs Hussain: Junior Counsel representing a defendant charged with a conspiracy to rob with a number of other Defendants spanning 3 months and involving over 20 separate robberies involving the use of machetes and firearms.
• R vs Miah: Witness Intimidation and Knife point Robbery.
